0 Apple Announces 3 Million Downloads for OS X Mountain Lion in Four Days

Few days ago, Apple had released a new version of their well known operating system OS X Mountain Lion for Mac users which comes with some great features and adding support for Airplay and more. Today Apple has just announced on its official website in a press release note which says that OS X Mountain Lion was downloaded three million times in just four days, really that’s a great number in just a few days.


Also according to the media release, over a Million downloads were achieved on the first day of release. By the way, for those who don’t own Mountain Lion, it is available at the Mac app store for just $19.99.
Mountain Lion comes with 200 new features, including PowerNap to keep data on your notebook up to date while in sleep mode, AirPlay Mirroring of your Mac’s display to your television through the Apple TV set-top box, Notification Center, iMessage, Game Center, all-new Notes and Reminders apps and of course Twitter and Facebook (coming this fall) integration via the standard sharing button known from iOS.
